Jaguar Rated Number One in National Owner Satisfaction Survey

Jaguar earns the highest rating from J.D. Power CSI survey in 2015 for the best retail services including vehicle maintenance and repair. Santa Barbara, CA - Jaguar was recently recognized by J.D. Power and Associates as the highest rated luxury brand for U.S. customer satisfaction in the retailer service category for vehicle maintenance and repair. The award is based on survey results from Jaguar owners during the first three years of ownership. “We are thrilled that the dedication and hard work of the Jaguar service team has been recognized,” shares Jaguar Santa Barbara General Sales Manager, Scott Westbrook. “As a brand, we are dedicated to providing the best maintenance and service in Southern California.” Experience-Driven Results The survey compared Jaguar with other leading luxury brands such as Audi, Lexus, and Mercedes-Benz. Results were based on responses from over 70,000 owners and lessees of 2010 to 2014 model year vehicles. Jaguar moved up six places to the number one slot for retailer service from a luxury brand.
