Porsche Earns Top Collective Score in 2016 J.D. Power APEAL Study

Porsche takes home multiple awards from the J.D. Power APEAL study released last month for leading models including the Boxster and Macan. Porsche once again received high ratings from the J.D. Power APEAL report released last month. The APEAL report is an annual study that provides information on driver satisfaction across a variety of factors including design, performance, and driver experience. The study correlates responses from over 80,000 owners of new cars who evaluated more than 240 models grouped into ten different categories. In the 2016 study, Porsche won the overall classification for best luxury brand. Additionally, the Porsche 911 Boxster and Porsche Macan both earned the first place in their respective categories. Porsche Earns Leading Score for Overall Classification The 2016 J.D. Power APEAL study has named Porsche as the top luxury brand in overall classification twelve times since 2004. Overall classification is based on an aggregate score out of 1,000 covering an array of categories. This year, Porsche beat out all other manufacturers with a score of 877.
