How distracted are you? HELLO MY FRIENDS! Dr. Sarah here, and welcome to video 148. Okay, how many of you find yourselves distracted by all the things going on around you during the day? By people’s negative moods? By your own mood that can be heavy? Distracted by all the stress and the pressure to get things done during the day. So, I have an exercise for us to do together that will allow you to distract yourself back to YOU. Guided Exercise: Okay. So go ahead and close your eyes, and bring your attention to your breathing. Now tune IN and check IN with a word that you resonate with; a word that’s LIGHT for you. This word may resonate from a space of joy; from a space of humor; and from a space of ease… Now be with that word for a moment… and open your eyes. So, use this word during the day when you find yourself distracted by all the things going on around you. All that’s required is for you to take a moment to tune IN and focus on the word you have chosen.
