What if you no longer had to be pulled into an argument?

Hello My Conscious Friends! Dr. Sarah here, and welcome to video 211. Do you ever find yourself in an argument with someone that needs to be right? Is that more common for you than not? https://youtu.be/f_bTTehJhxw Now when I find myself in a situation like that, instead of going into the argument more with the content of whatever is being said, I tend to move into a space and use that tool, interesting point of view (IPOV). Now this is a tool that allows you to not get engaged in a way that’s heavy. That if you say it to yourself or even say it to the other person, “Wow, that’s just an interesting point of view“, you may find yourself less engaged or less pulled into the situation.
