Have you ever considered the limitations in your life as a gift?
Have you ever looked at it from the other side, from the side of possibilities rather than the side of problems?
Okay, so I’m going to have you do a guided exercise with me… so go ahead now and close your eyes and bring your attention to your breathing.
Now, I would like you to focus in on a limitation that’s currently in your life.
Is it problematic?
Is it really heavy?
Have you limited yourself from choosing something else because of this limitation?
Now… I’d like you to acknowledge it… and now be grateful for it…
Now see what’s on the other side of it?
What else is possible that you haven’t considered here?
Has there been a door that’s opened as a result of this limitation?
Has there been other things that have come from it that you’ve yet to acknowledge?
Okay… now… open your eyes and just be with that.
Be in the awareness and allowance of that.
A Space to BE With
Take a moment to tune in and ask yourself the following questions.
What are the limitations in your life?
Have you considered these limitations as a gift?
Or do you go into the problems of the limitations and find yourself plagued with stress?
What would it be like to look at these limitations from the point of view of possibilities?
What would it be like to acknowledge them? To navigate them from a space of awareness and allowance, question, choice, possibility, and contribution?
What’s that like? What are you aware of? Is it light or heavy?
And what would it be like to tune in and get clear on what it is you would like to generate and createin your life instead?
What else is possible from there?

When you are willing to be in the question and look at your life from a different perspective, it opens you up to a different world of possibilities… a space where choice and change is readily available with more ease. What would it be like?
