Change by choice can be really fun and enjoyable, and, a lot of times, we may have an expectation of it coming in with ease. However, there is a possibility that it could end up being really uncomfortable! So what would it be like for you to be okay with change being uncomfortable? The truth is, if it was comfortable, you probably would have changed it a long time ago! Guided Exercise: Now, I’d like you to go ahead and close your eyes and bring your attention to your breathing. And now just tune in to a time, maybe recent time, where you chose to change something. What was that like? And was it uncomfortable at points? Does a negative belief GOT you?

Well, what if that negative thought is actually precluding you from being you, fully you, the being that you are? What if the accuser is the accused?

For example, if someone says to you, “You are so angry.” They are angry and they’re accusing you of being it even though you may very well be calm. So what would it be like to be aware of language? Pay attention. When someone accuses you of something really check in and see if they are actually accusing you of what they’re doing. Disconnect as a way to connect?

How distracted are you?

Now tune IN and check IN with a word that you resonate with; a word that’s LIGHT for you.
