Being okay with uncomfortable change?

Does a negative belief GOT you?

Are you ready to level UP your receiving?

HELLO MY FRIENDS! Dr. Sarah here, and welcome to video 155. So, what’s your level of receiving? Are you open to receiving or do you tend to find limitations, expectations, or conclusions that limit you from receiving on all levels of how it can come in? We tend to get in our own way. Like, we have an expectation of, let’s say, how money is supposed to show up, or how our relationship is supposed to show up, or how things are supposed to be. However, when we do that, we limit ourselves. We limit ourselves from receiving and being part of a generative, contributive space. So what would it be like to be open to possibilities, to be open to receiving on all levels? Just put it out there, be in the awareness of it, and see how it shows up. It may surprise you! Are you confusing manifestation with actualization?

We tend to use those words interchangeably, but they are very different. Manifestation is more of the “how” it comes in, not that it comes in. Whereas actualization is the “that” that comes in. When we actualize something, we’re bringing it into existence. Guided Exercise: So go ahead and close your eyes. Now. Bring your attention to something that you would like to bring into existence. Something you would like to actualize into the now. Get clear on what that looks like for you. What would you like to actualize? What would you like to ask the Universe to bring into existence? You can request if from the universe, you can demand it from yourself. What would it be like to be with that energy now? Bring that in. What if the accuser is the accused?

Have you ever been in an argument with someone and they start accusing you of what they themselves are doing? Now the key word there is you, especially when they use the word “you”. For example, if someone says to you, “You are so angry.” They are angry and they’re accusing you of being it even though you may very well be calm. So what would it be like to be aware of language? Pay attention. When someone accuses you of something really check in and see if they are actually accusing you of what they’re doing. Disconnect as a way to connect?

What would it be like to disconnect from your relationship as a way to be more connected with the person that you’re in relationship with? So, what we tend to do in this reality with relationships is divorce and separate from ourselves as a way to connect deeper with the other person. We then put high expectations on them hoping that they’ll live up to them and disappointed if they don’t. And if they don’t, we tend to get frustrated, even angry, making it difficult to be around that person. So, what would it be like to actually disconnect from your relationship as a way to connect with the person that you’re in relationship with? What if having space within the relationship would allow it to be even greater?
