A lot of times anxiety is misidentified awareness. Now, I’m going to give you an exercise that you can do whenever you choose, but let’s do it together first. So go ahead and close your eyes and bring your attention to your breathing. This breath… is your being. So go ahead and notice your breathing. Now, what I would like you to do is expand out, send your breath out into the room. Now, I’d like you to go 100 miles out; now 1000 miles out with your breath and your being; now 100,000 miles out; now, to the universe and beyond that… So just notice… are you calmer? An on-the-go clearing tool?

So when you find yourself stressed at work or stressed in your day, all you have to do is identify a word that resonates with it. So let’s use the word “stress” and what I would like you to do is repeat this word 10 times and see what you notice. Ok now bring in the heavy energy of being stressed and join me in repeating it: Stress, stress, stress, stress, stress, stress, stress, stress, stress, stress. What do you notice? What I notice is that the stress actually started dissipating as I repeated the word and the heavy energy has now begun clear. Can you be told what to do?

I’m certainly not one of those people, and I’m sure many of you can agree. Because what this does, it puts us in a “no choice” situation, which limits us and lands us in a place of resistance from doing the thing we’re having to do. So it doesn’t matter if it’s our own to-do list that we have to do or if it’s something that someone else wants us to do, the important thing is, is to always ask a question… a question like, “What are my choices here?” And even if you choose to do the thing you don’t want to do, at least you can choose it, and it’s likely to lighten up a bit. Agendas are Limitations?

What doesn’t belong to you?

HELLO MY FRIENDS! Dr. Sarah here, and welcome to video 134. Okay, I’m going to review a tool with you today that I have shared with you before, and it comes from this amazing system called Access Consciousness. It is a tool that will help you clear out heavy thoughts, feelings, and emotions that may not actually belong to you. Now, can you believe that about 98% of everything we think, feel, and experience emotionally is not our own? It does not belong to us? Is that not amazing or WHAT?! So here’s the tool you can use, which simply starts with a question… and the question is “who or what does this belong to?” So for every heavy thought feeling and emotion that comes in, ask yourself “who or what does this belong to?” Then all you have to say is “return to sender with consciousness, return to sender with consciousness, return to send with consciousness” (I like to say it three times either out loud or to myself). Energy … What?!
