Grateful for you?

https://youtu.be/qGzIWMPRSKk HELLO MY FRIENDS! Dr. Sarah here, and welcome to video 136. So, when’s the last time you have been grateful for you; for just being you? Have you ever been grateful for you? What we tend to do is to recognize what we’re grateful for in our lives; the people around us, the things that we have. Now what would it be like to be grateful for you? What could that generate and create? And if you would be willing to be part of the contribution of gratitude in your life, how would your living be different? And how could this contribute to the greater LIGHTness of this world? A Space to BE With Take a moment to tune in and ask yourself the following questions. When’s the last time you’ve been grateful you? Have you ever been grateful for you? If not (or even if you have), what are you grateful for about you now? What’s that like to acknowledge? What’s that like for you? What are you aware of? Is it light or heavy? And what would it be like to tune in energetically and get clear on what it is that does not allow you to BE grateful for you? What might that generate and create for you in your life and living? Are you aware [...]

Can you be told what to do?

https://youtu.be/3vOLESFPopQ HELLO MY FRIENDS! Dr. Sarah here, and welcome to video 133. How many of you like to be told what to do? I’m certainly not one of those people, and I’m sure many of you can agree. Because what this does, it puts us in a “no choice” situation, which limits us and lands us in a place of resistance from doing the thing we’re having to do. So it doesn’t matter if it’s our own to-do list that we have to do or if it’s something that someone else wants us to do, the important thing is, is to always ask a question… a question like, “What are my choices here?” And even if you choose to do the thing you don’t want to do, at least you can choose it, and it’s likely to lighten up a bit. A Space to BE With Take a moment to tune in and ask yourself the following questions. What do you notice when someone tells you what to do? What is that like? Is there resistance? Do you ever pressure you to “have to” get things done from a “no choice” point of view? What is that like? What are you aware of? Is it light or heavy? [...]

What’s Holding you Back?

https://youtu.be/I2FMtk3up3A   HELLO, MY FRIENDS! So, what’s holding you back from making that choice to be you, to generate and create what it is that you would like to have in your living, in your world? Now, is it a situation? Is it a person’s point of view of you that you bought that’s not yours? Is it your own limiting thought, feeling, and emotion that may be getting in the way? What is holding you back from just living the life you would like to have? Now, if you get clear on that, you can then look at what else is possible here I haven’t considered. You can really get to the possibilities and into the question that can make the difference from which you could then choose. Wow. A Space to BE With Take a moment to tune in and ask yourself the following questions. What’s holding you back from choosing and being you? What would you like to generate and create as you, as your life, as your living? What if you no longer bought someone else’s point of view of you? And instead choose from a space of what you would like for you? What would that look like for you? What would BE [...]
