Customer Satisfaction Results

The results of the 2nd annual Customer Survey conveyed what an outstanding job Soave employees at MPS are doing.   MPS Group takes great pride in reporting that 81% of the clients surveyed are “extremely” or “very” satisfied with their service.  Anthony Soave and the leadership team at MPS Group wish to thank their employees for their hard work and for fostering the future growth of MPS Group.  Without the continued efforts of each MPS Group employee, these kinds of results would be impossible to achieve.

Anticipating Customer Needs

The #1 focus of MPS Group’s Corporate Growth Strategy is to “protect and increase market share within existing customer bases.”  By leveraging the results from Customer Satisfaction Surveys, MPS is able to react to the customers’ needs to increase revenue, improve customer satisfaction and foster loyalty. Identifying Future Trends at Soave

During the 2nd quarter, MPS management will be meeting with site managers to evaluate results from customers and identify trends that are impacting customer satisfaction. This collaborative effort will ensure that Soave Enterprises is able to build upon successes in past to move forward more productively towards the future.
