The Dr. Sarah Blog Talk Radio Show is a 30-minute variety show that encourages and empowers people to live their life in a conscious way. Each episode is unique unto itself, covering a number of different topics and ideas that are fueled by the questions of the listeners as well as by the guests that are brought on the show.
As the host, Dr. Sarah not only touches upon ways to actively live consciously, she also provides a variety pragmatic tools and techniques that listeners can take with them and use in their daily life.
The show provides a virtual venue where people can come, be and receive a variety of different pragmatic tools and information that allow them to have greater access to conscious choice and possibilities as well as change and contribution.
ABOUT LIZ TUPLING:
Elizabeth J. Tupling, MS, LLP is a private practice integrative psychotherapist and conscious living facilitator with offices in Bloomfield Hills and Royal Oak, Michigan. In her work she is dedicated to guiding individuals, families and organizations toward more fulfilling relationships and life experiences.
Working with a broad range of clients, Ms. Tupling uses an integrative treatment style to assist people in moving toward emotional wholeness and connectedness. While helping people better understand the role of their individual histories, contributions and choices, she offers a therapeutic approach that encompasses the mind, body spirit in its totality. In corporate settings, Ms. Tupling assists organizations in developing a deeper understanding of cultural values/norms and their impact on productivity, profitability, brand perceptions and external relationships.
Ms. Tupling completed her Bachelor of Arts at Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, attended Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan and completed her Master’s of Science in Clinical Psychology at Madonna University in Livonia, Michigan. As a part of her commitment to helping clients live a more empowered and choice-based life, Elizabeth has completed core training in Access Consciousness Bars. She is also an Adjunct Professor in the undergraduate Psychology programs at Madonna University and Oakland Community College.
Prior to moving to the United States from Canada in 1999, Ms. Tupling was one of six people to develop the first laser eye surgery company in North America. She maintains an active interest in burgeoning medical and health related technologies. The parent of a 17 year-old son, Ms. Tupling is an active member of the Cranbrook athletic and educational community, as well as multiple foundations and efforts designed to raise awareness around conscious living, health and wellness.

Dr. Sarah is a doctor of clinical psychology who has been in private practice for 18 years. She’s an international best selling author on the topic of conscious relationships and she has been on both National TV and radio programs as an authority on a variety of psychological topics. She has also been published in an international journal as well as numerous various publications.
Dr. Sarah encourages people to live consciously. Her approach centers around empowering people to tap into what they already know about themselves and their relationships as well as to discover new possibilities. Dr. Sarah provides a platform from which people can improve their quality of living by choosing what they would like to generate and create in their lives. This conscious way of being opens the door to greater ease, joy, happiness, and abundance.
Along with her clinical skills and training as a psychologist, Dr. Sarah uses Access Consciousness® tools in her private practice to assist clients clear anything that does to contribute to their wellbeing. By actively using these tools in her own life, she serves as an example of the benefits that living consciously can generate and actualize. This has allowed for greater possibilities in healing and a higher therapeutic success rate when it comes to treating anxiety, depression, and a variety of mental health concerns.
